Botomation is a private, designated chatbot for efficient customer support In stead of waiting for a human to type the information manualy into a CRM, Botomation does it automatically.
Botomation is intended only for organic use, and not to initiate a chat. Botomation helps entering information from Messenger into a CRM. It is not a marketing tool.
It is developed specifically for the facebook page of Dr. Schein
This App is for a private use on one specific business page.
How does it work?
1. Someone initiate a messenger chat in the business page
2. Botomation has a basic chat that asks questions (in Hebrew) such as: what is your interest? what is your name, phone an email address?
3. Botomation then puts the information into the CRM to shorten the response time of the staff getting back to the client.
4. Botomation uses MAKE platform (Ex-Integromat) in order to operate the bot and make an HTTP call to the CRM.
How to test it?
In order to operate the bot, a message should be sent in the business page's Messenger's chat.
At the moment, the activation word for initializing the chatbot is: ABRA KADABRA.
Notice: As long as the app is not approved, only people with roles can access it. I did try to create a test user for the reviewers. Unfortunately, a facebook test user doesn't have access to public pages, and this app is only a simple messenger bot, without an independant interface. if needed for review purposes, I'll be happy to add a reviewer to the list of roles. I hope it wont delay the aproval of the app.
What is the App's future use and intentions in asking for permissions?
pages_read_engagement:
The intended use of pages_read_engagement is shortening the typing time of page followers when they start a chat by offering to use their registered name instead of typing it.
pages_user_gender:
The intended use of pages_user_gender is to make sure the bot uses the correct gendered language in Hebrew.
Page Public Content Access:
The intended use of Page Public Content Access is a backup for pages_read_engagement to access the registered name of the one who initiated the chat, and saving typing time.
